‘What happened, where’s our oil?’

If Petronas uses up all the money from sales elsewhere, no supplier in their right mind will deliver stocks.
COMMENT
Had the oil and gas of Sabah not been swindled away by the Barisan Nasional federal government, today her people probably would not have to endure the agony of having to line up for hours and hopping from one gas station to another for diesel.
It is a shameful reality that 95% of our oil and gas was illegally taken away from us.
Why do we say it was illegally taken away?
Because the agreement surrendering our petroleum rights which was signed by Harris Salleh and witnessed by Joseph Pairin Kitingan in 1976 after Fuad Stephens and his entire entourage were killed in a not-so-mysterious-anymore-air-crash was never debated and approved by the Sabah State Legislative Assembly before its execution.
Harris was appointed Chief Minister after the death of Stephens to helm the Berjaya administration which was elected earlier on by the people of Sabah in 1976.
Legally and politically speaking, Harris was continuing the mandate of the people to Stephens – not his (Harris)
For example, when President Joseph Ejercito Estrada of Philippines was arrested and imprisoned for corruption, vice-president Gloria Macapagal Arroyo took over as president; but she continued the mandate of the people to Estrada. She didn’t initiate her own mandate.
Likewise when president John Fitzgerald Kennedy of the United States of America was assassinated, vice-president Lyndon Baines Johnson took over as president; but the latter also served the mandate of the people for Kennedy.
And the list goes on.
Not only did Harris lack a mandate from the people of Sabah, he also did not have the consent of the Sabah State Legislative Assembly to surrender the state’s right and wealth of petroleum.
Are Sabahas daft?
Therefore, the petroleum agreement between Sabah and Petroliam Nasional Berhad (Petronas) is illegal and void ab initio, meaning to say, the same is void from the very beginning.
Apart from the petroleum agreement, there are many other things in Malaysia that is illegal and absolutely void; but we shall dwell on it some other day.
Under the yet-to-be-qualified-to-be-registered Pakatan Rakyat, Anwar Ibrahim proposed in his manifesto to take away only 80% from Sabah and Sarawak.
Think, people of Sabah. Why must you accept 5% or 20% when 100% are actually yours in the first place?
Like institutionalized inbreeding for the past 50 years since 1963, the people of Sabah are no longer able to think out of the boxes.
Their government-indoctrinated education are worthless and have made them more dumb than they originally were!
They can no longer see things logically, rationally, and critically.
On May 5 general election, local parties SAPP and STAR Sabah only managed less than 7% of the total ballots cast. More than 93% voted for Malaya-based parties.
In other words, 93% prefer to be given back 5% or 20% of their own wealth, are you able to imagine now how daft the people of Sabah are?
No stock?
The imbecilic people of Sabah are paying RM1.90 per litre for gasoline RON95. Do you know how much are the citizens of Venezuela paying for their petrol? They pay RM0.06 per litre!
Venezuela is the fourth largest oil exporter in the world; while Sabah has the second largest oil reserve in the world now.
Since a few days ago, everybody with a diesel-powered vehicle are queueing for fuel day and night; worse, you are only allowed RM50 max of diesel!
What happened and where is our oil?
Petronas sells all our high grade oil and buy back low grades for local consumption.
If they use up all the money from the sales elsewhere, no supplier in their right mind will deliver stocks.
When this idiotic government blame the shortage on smuggling, are they not telling the people of Sabah that ESSCOM, Maritime, Navy, Marine Police, Customs are actually not doing their jobs or on the take?
Worse, there are actually plenty of brainless Sabahans who are believing and parroting all these bullshit.
Here’s something for Sabahans to ponder on:
“If you are born stupid
It is not your mistake
But if you die stupid
It is definitely your mistake”
