IT IS NOT ANTI-NAJIB BUT PRO-MAHATHIR

mt2014-no-holds-barred
Anti is negative. Pro is positive. And Pribumi needs all the help it can get to improve its feng shui. So it needs to add some positive vibes and change from being anti-Najib to pro-Mahathir. So, if you oppose Najib that is not because you are anti-Najib but because you are pro-Mahathir.
NO HOLDS BARRED
Raja Petra Kamarudin
The majority of Muslims are of the opinion you are supposed to believe in both the Qur’an and the Hadith. They say if you do not, plus you do not also believe in Allah, Prophet Muhammad and a few others things, then you are not a Muslim.
Then there are those who believe only in the Qur’an but not in the Hadith. They argue that the Qur’an was supposed to be the last and final revelation from God and that the Qur’an claims it is already complete. If so then why do you need further or supplementary ‘holy’ books to sit alongside the Qur’an?
They further argue that the claim by the propagators of the Hadith that believing just in the Qur’an without also believing in the Hadith is not enough because there are many things ‘missing’ or not explained in the Qur’an, which the Hadith helps explain, contradicts the claim that the Qur’an is final and complete.
So that is the argument from both sides of the Hadith debate. The point I want to make, though, is that those who reject the Hadith are called anti-Hadith. The ‘anti-Hadith’ group, however, protests that label and insists that they should instead be labelled pro-Quran (since they are from what they call themselves the ‘Quran alone’ movement).
Complicating is it not? Anyway, when those who believe in the Hadith label those who do not as anti-Hadith, it gives those who do not believe in the Hadith a negative image because anti is negative. Anti-Jew, anti-Chinese, anti-Malay, anti-Islam, anti-gay, anti-Christian, and whatnot…all are negative labels. And nobody likes to be called anti-Islam or anti-Malay in a country like Malaysia (pro-minorities would be better).
So the Anti-Najib Campaign or ANC no longer wants to be called anti-Najib. Anti-Najib is negative. They want a positive label so that they can have a positive image. So now we should call them pro-Mahathir and not anti-Najib. Pro-Mahathir is far better than anti-Najib.
If you oppose Prime Minister Najib Tun Razak it is not because you are anti-Najib but because you support Tun Dr Mahathir Mohamad or are pro-Mahathir. You believe in what Mahathir is doing and have always done for almost 50 years since 1969. You believe that Mahathir can save Malaysia and is trying to oust Najib merely to save Malaysia and for no other reason. You believe that the opposition is fragmented and is heading for destruction and that only Mahathir can save the opposition and bring unity to the opposition. You believe that without Mahathir the opposition will never have a chance of taking over Putrajaya till the end of time.
Some Chinese, those who believe in feng shui, believe that positive labels are very important for good feng shui. Negative labels attract bad feng shui. And this makes it even more important considering that the day Mahathir’s new party, Pribumi, was launched Mahathir had to be rushed to hospital.
These Chinese explain what happened in Terengganu in 1999. The Terengganu Menteri Besar, Wan Mokhtar Ahmad, slipped and fell as he was entering the nomination centre in Kemaman to file his nomination papers. Many gasped and said that this was a bad omen. This showed that Wan Mokhtar was going to lose the election.
True enough. Not only did Wan Mokhtar lose his seat but the whole state fell to PAS. They felt Wan Mokhtar should not have contested the election and should have withdrawn. But he was stubborn and it cost Umno the whole state.
So do not underestimate feng shui. Wan Mokhtar cost Umno a whole state for ignoring feng shui. And many feel that when Mahathir had to be rushed to hospital the day his party was launched was also bad feng shui. And with the party president facing a sex scandal with another man’s wife, this does not improve that feng shui one bit. So they need to help improve that feng shui by getting rid of negative labels like anti-Najib and replace them with positive labels like pro-Mahathir.
So we no longer talk about being anti-Najib or of supporting the Anti-Najib Campaign or ANC. We now talk about all those who oppose Najib are from the pro-Mahathir movement or Pribumi. If you oppose Najib that simply means you support Mahathir and his all-Malay Pribumi party. That is the long and short of it all. It is just like you are not anti-Hadith but you are pro-Qur’an.
