Two suspects have been detained in connection with the firebombing of a surau in Damansara Damai.
According to Star Online, Petaling Jaya district police chief Mohd Zani Che Din confirmed the arrests.
In the 6.15am incident yesterday, a molotov cocktail was hurled at the surau just as the congregation was finishing morning prayers.
The report stated that the bottle, which is believed to have contained kerosene, did not explode but caused a minor fire.
A member of the congregation noticed burn marks at the entrance of the surau and called for help, and the fire was put out.- Mkini
